No podcast last week, i literally had death knocking atmy door asking for my soul in a pink box with red ribbons.

That horribe stomach flu/bug/death virus that's been going around was passed on to me by a fellow lip holder. Wasn't nice i can tell you.

RIght, anyway, here's the 34th show for you a week late but with some crashing tunes for you.

No one from upcoming bands, i kinda just threw this one together since i'm still not feeling myself at the mo, head is spinning at an Earthly rate.

Next week will return the usual Sam with a head on of songs from upcoming bands and other artists. So stay ituned and catch the sun in your eye.

PS did anyone notice i put 48 Thrills again and it was the same track as the last podcast. Shows how out of it i really am. at least i didn't put the old podcast on as the new one... sorry about the repeat, won't happen again.
