Well this is the 45th yes 45th show from Mixt APE and it was late, 2 days late to be precise. i apologise for that but have had a massive brain hemorage with my relationship (which is no longer).

so i've been trying to occupy myself with other things and podcasting obviously didn't rank high on that list, but it shall be moved higher up, i promise.
